via Keynote Systems, Inc. The market leading performance of
Qwest's network is clear as seen through the eyes of this
independent internet performance authority. *Off-Net SLA
applies to the Qwest Domestic Network.
This statistical information reflects the average monthly
performance level of the referenced IP services during the
relevant period. Performance reports appear here for some of
the service levels contained in the SLA and reports for those
that do not appear are currently in
development.
