Keynote offers the industry's largest measurement infrastructure through the development of our distributed network of over 1,300 computers measuring more than 140 Internet connection points in 60 metropolitan areas. The data derived is based on a tcp connection to a web server at scheduled intervals by Keynote measurement "agents".
